Heat sensor tripped — oven or cooktop overheating detected.

The range hood's built-in heat sensor detected unusually high temperatures above the cooktop. Some connected Broan hoods automatically activate at high speed when this sensor trips. If the fan does not run after F01, the sensor circuit or board has failed.
